Dinner
Several of our chefs hail from the legendary culinary nation of Cuba. In fact, two of our chefs staffed the kitchen in the famous il Ajibe restaurant in Havana. They brought with them several authentic Cuban dishes, including the Havana chicken, which is an island favorite. If you are tempted, make sure you come early because this dish sells out first every evening! We also serve delicious fish specials, including the Almond Snapper and the Wahoo & Mushroom Bites. Our lunch favorites are available as dinner entrées as well.

Relax and unwind with one of our delightful Caribbean Cocktails. Our wonderful and helpful staff at the Grill will be pleased to make suggestions for either non alcoholic or alcoholic beverages. We offer a variety of refreshing beverages, including our locally made Cay Brew draft beer, wonderful tasting rum mojitos, and most importantly our famous signature cocktail, the “Painkiller”.
Lunch
Our wide and varied lunch menu has something for everyone. Start off with a variety of delicious appetizers, including our famous jerk egg rolls, our special Asian salad, and our Naked Wahoo and Mushroom Bites. Next, dig into our famous burgers, fish tacos, or our awesome Grilled Snapper Reuben sandwich. Our breads are baked daily, our beef is ground fresh each morning, and we proudly feature local produce and enthusiastically support our local growers!
